Our ambition is to become THE factory platform for smart industries. As a Customer Success Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for helping us growing and strengthening the bonds with our amazing customers.
The Customer Success Team Lead will support Azumuta’s customers through the onboarding period and take responsibility for ensuring each customer has the skills and familiarity required to operate Azumuta’s systems successfully within their product environment. The Onboarding Specialist works to engage, and train Azumuta’s new customers on products including Product Engineers, Quality Engineers, Operators and others.
