We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and growing our partner ecosystem, driving revenue growth and expanding our market reach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing successful partner programs and establishing strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner development strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, establishing strong relationships and ensuring they are equipped to successfully sell and promote our products.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing ongoing support, training, and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure partners have the resources and support they need to succeed.
  • Develop and manage partner performance metrics, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators and making adjustments as needed to drive success.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, and use this knowledge to inform and refine the partner development strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with partners.
  • Negotiate and manage partner contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Skills we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in partner development or channel sales in the software or SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box, coming up with innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Be a Proactive individual
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
