Introducing the Knowledge Base
Over the past few months, we have been focusing on putting all the different parts of Azumuta (User Guides, Knowledge Base, Features and Blogs) into one central hub. Parallel to the User Guides, our Customer Success team has been working hard to build the Azumuta Knowledge Base from the ground up. We’re talking about everything: a Quick Start-Up Guide, Manuals that make it easy to find exactly what you need and useful improvements and features so you can always keep improving and getting the most out of Azumuta.
That’s why we have put together this step-by-step blogpost to show you a preview of our brand new Knowledge Base – You’ll be an Azumuta-expert in no time!
Locating the Knowledge Base
You can locate the Azumuta Knowledge Base in two ways:
- Accessing it from docs.azumuta.com/help
- Direct access from your own Azumuta account in the Help Center! Just click on the question mark icon in the top right of your screen. From there, select “Quick start” “Guides” or “What’s New”.
Once you are there, you can use the search bar or the categories displayed on the left side to easily find the information that you are looking for.

There are different ways to use Azumuta, but here’s a quick rundown of the most important things to know when you’re just getting started.
If you’ve used the Guides before, you know it’s super simple to get started with Azumuta. Follow these key steps and you’ll be set up in minutes!

Deep dive into Azumuta
Within the knowledge base, the “Guides” section is the place to deep dive into all Azumuta features. Here you will find a range of practices and solutions for the sections: work instructions, audits, shop floor feedback, training and competence management and so much more!

New Improvements & Features
Looking for Upgrades, Improvements and new Features of Azumuta? Here at Azumuta we are constantly working on improving your user experience even further. We can now proudly present to you our new Knowledge Base and ‘What’s New‘. In this section we’re going to keep you up to date on the changes to Azumuta, both big and small. In this way you will always be aware of the new Features of our platform.
You can access the “What’s New” page directly from help mode. There, press the correct month and then the correct update to see new updates and bug fixes.

Get inspired – with news, tips, and updates! In this section you can check out our various Azumuta blogs to help improve knowledge building, training and communication in your production company.
