Supporting workers on a Post-Covid factory floor

Manufacturing companies are experiencing a lot of changes under the dark cloud that the pandemic has brought. No matter how hard the coronavirus hit our country, we are learning from it. We push forward some key lessons in this blog article, most importantly, how are we going to best support employees on a Post-Covid factory floor?

Effective communication with employees has been particularly important in recent months. Office workers had to switch to working from home, engineers and technicians were forced to leave their work and projects behind remotely, and production workers had to continue working in shifts and under special measures or not.

Leadership and management skills were scrutinized. They were expected to start creating communication plans that ensured both the safety and health of their employees. They also had to simultaneously keep their employees informed, motivated and productive.
