Customer Success Team Lead

Azumuta is a fast-growing Belgian Startup that offers a modular Industry 4.0 platform for companies aiming to improve their production efficiency, flexibility and overall quality.

We believe that creating such a platform is the key element to make industries smarter. We try therefore to develop awesome products to help our users grow faster and smarter. Our web & app are already used by a lot of large industrial companies across Belgium but this is just the beginning.

Azumuta was founded 3 years ago and the team is now composed of several young people. We work hard to fulfill our mission, but we also have a lot of fun together!

Our ambition is to become THE factory platform for smart industries. As a Customer Success Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for helping us growing and strengthening the bonds with our amazing customers.

The Customer Success Team Lead will support Azumuta’s customers through the onboarding period and take responsibility for ensuring each customer has the skills and familiarity required to operate Azumuta’s systems successfully within their product environment. The Onboarding Specialist works to engage, and train Azumuta’s new customers on products including Product Engineers, Quality Engineers, Operators and others.

Your mission

  • Act as a product expert for our platform, understanding all features and functionality of the product
  • You oversee the onboarding of customers to make sure they become Azumuta’s new clients and their personal account is up and running in no time
  • You make sure customers get the most out of Azumuta
  • You identify how to improve your customers’ use of Azumuta
  • Manage and train customers using web and app
  • Assist in training and coaching new and existing operators
  • Provide feature and usability feedback to the sales, product, and development team
  • Your agenda is filled with calls, meetings with customers, online group trainings (and hosting a product webinar from time to time)
  • You take care of a wide variety of customers and try to get them on board in the most efficient way
  • You keep the customers happy 🙂

Profile

  • Have the ability to train technical product to non-technical users
  • Have affinity with IT, experience with SaaS is a plus not a must
  • Have a first experience in software training, sales, or other equivalent experience
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mind
  • Have the ability to quickly build up excellent product knowledge and to keep this knowledge up to date
  • Being fluent in Dutch and English
  • You are a well-organised and detail-oriented person Know the ins and outs of providing an excellent customer experience
  • Strong collaboration skills within and out of the training team
  • Ability to work independently and manage individual schedule
