#5 Add visuals to an instruction

We all know the saying “A picture is worth more than a thousand words”, this is exactly the same for your operators. Adding a picture to a work instruction significantly reduces the time an operator spends for each of the work instructions steps and increases the clarity of it.

Within Azumuta multiple visuals are supported, pictures, video’s and also PDF files can be attached to a specific step in your work instructions. Adding a visual can be done by clicking double on the instruction step or by selecting the visuals shortcut.

Why are good work instructions so essential?

Good work instructions are the basis of the company. Well-defined work instructions ensure that operators can do their job as efficiently as possible. As a company, that not only saves you a lot of time, but also pays for itself in the long run in a better work environment.
