You get access to our scalable cloud infrastructure including hosting, incremental daily backups on two continents, email integration, top security, 24/7 monitoring and a control centre to manage your Azumuta environment. You can access our support by email or through the chat in the app. Our support teams are available 24 hours a day.
Plans are month-to-month or annual. You can start/stop or make changes to your plan at any time (but note that refunds are not given for cancellation or downgrades).
The maintenance includes support, upgrade and bug fixes. The maintenance of those above modules is included in the price of your subscription.
No. Azumuta operates as a Software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution. We believe this is better for our customers as it doesn’t require large upfront investments, it forces us to continuously innovate and lets us continuously grow the features of our platform. Your Azumuta environment will automatically be updated, so you can always use the latest features.
Implementation
We offer functional support and services to fix issues in standard functions, 24 hours a day, every weekday, in Dutch and English, and via e-mail. A dedicated consultant is available in our Success Packs only.
No, you can implement Azumuta yourself with the help of our knowledge base. But since the configuration of Azumuta is flexible and each production environment has its typical set up we recommend you to start with a Joint Pilot Program. Or purchase a Customer Success pack later to get you up-to-speed in no time.
