Role description

As a Medior Sales Executive, you’ll join our sales team and have the following responsibilities:

  • Inspiring manufacturing companies to digitize their workflow and helping them to work smarter.
  • Planning and hosting demo sessions (online or on-site) and executing deal closings.
  • Providing customized quotes and negotiating conditions of our contracts.
  • There should be no limits to your creativity when it comes to outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls, video emails, social selling, events) to generate leads on well-identified target markets to achieve your monthly targets of new opportunities created.
  • Owning the full sales development cycle, from initial engagement to qualified opportunity (This is not a meeting booking game). You are comfortable navigating from small to medium-sized businesses to multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Building relationships with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to solve your prospects’ current problems better and anticipate their new challenges tomorrow.
  • Planning your activities, including cold emails and cold calling, and executing them to impact Azumuta’s monthly recurring revenue targets (MRR).
  • It won’t be easy, but the reward will be immense.

You’d be a great fit if you…

  • Already living in Belgium or planning to move to Belgium.
  • Are a deal closer.
  • Have at least 1 or 2 years of experience in B2B sales and you know a thing or two about Customer Relationship Management and entrepreneurship.
  • Are passionate about sales.
  • Are an excellent listener.
  • A team-player.
  • Are fluent in English and French.
  • Are outgoing and enjoy networking activities.
