What do Success Packs include?

The Success Packs include a package of premium services by a Customer Success Manager (CSM). During the implementation phase, this assigned Customer Success Manager will help you to to analyze your requirements and configure the Azumuta platform according to your needs. The CSM will also train you on how to use the Azumuta platform, coach you on how you can use Azumuta’s functions and features to grow your business. Our CSMs will do their best efforts to help you get started with Azumuta within that time. With their help you will be up and running in no time.

What will the Customer Success Manager do?

Before implementation, our consultant will analyze the way your business runs and suggest the best way to use Azumuta. We will handle all configuration and coach you on how to use Azumuta. This service is organized through planned online sessions  where our CSM will carry out a more in-depth analysis of your needs to see what can be improved in line with the existing functional possibilities of the official Azumuta platform. We will provide you training material so that you are always able to use the latest version of Azumuta.

What if have custom needs that require developments and ad hoc integration?

For advanced needs, such as custom development, you can work with us. Developments carried out by us are charged per development hours.
