What Is Displayed in This Widget?

Whenever you perform an Audit with Azumuta, our platform always automatically calculates the score of that audit. The score is calculated based on the number of positive answers to OK/Nok (Niet OK) and Ja/Nee checks on that audit.

For example, let’s say that there are 10 OK/Nok checks within the audit. During the audit, 6 answers were “OK”, and 4 were “Nok”. There were 6 positive answers out of 10 checks. This means that the score for that audit is 60%. The same thing also goes if you opt for Yes/No checks, where “Yes”, is a positive answer.

Wouldn’t it be great if you could see the average score of your audits over time? Then this is precisely what this widget will deliver for you. It will show the average score of all audits that are part of an planningstabblad voor audits– within a selected time period in the format of a bar chart.

The X-axis represents the names of the audit, while the Y-axis represents the audit scores. The leftmost bar is the average score of all audits on this chart.

Opmerking: Voordat u een dashboard maakt met deze widget, zorg ervoor dat de audits al zijn uitgevoerd (ten minste gedeeltelijk).

How to Deploy This Widget?

Please follow the steps below to deploy this widget to a new dashboard. However, if you would like to deploy this widget to an existing dashboard, then you can navigate to that dashboard and start from step No.4 instead.

1. Klik in het zijpaneel op “Dashboards”.
2. Klik op het plusteken onder “Dashboards”.
3. Voer de naam van het nieuwe dashboard in.
4. Klik op de gele plusknop rechtsonder in het scherm.
5. Navigeer naar “Audit scores per zone (staafdiagram)” onder de widgetcategorie “Audits”, en klik op “Aanmaken”.
6. Selecteer het gewenste planningstabblad.
7. Kies of u alleen de gemiddelde auditscore van dat planningstabblad wilt weergeven (vink het vakje aan) of de gemiddelde score van elke audit wilt weergeven (vink het vakje niet aan).
8. Klik op “Toevoegen”.
9. Klik op het datumbereik (naast de widgetnaam) en pas het datumbereik aan. Zorg dat het de periode omvat waarin de audits zijn uitgevoerd. Klik op “Aangepast rollend bereik” voor meer opties voor het datumbereik.
10. Als u klaar bent, klik op “Opslaan”.
11. Klik op “Ja”.
12. Pas de grootte van de widget naar wens aan.
