Welke configuratieopties zijn beschikbaar?

Dit zijn de beschikbare configuratieopties (klik op de afbeelding om te vergroten): Azumuta user rights management interface displaying work instruction permissions.   1. Als aangevinkt kunt u work instructions in elke module bewerken.
  2. Als aangevinkt kunt u work instructions openbaar delen.
  3. Als aangevinkt kunt u een approval flow koppelen/selecteren voor work instructions, zoals in de afbeelding hieronder: Azumuta interface displaying the 'Edit work instruction' window with the 'Approval flow' dropdown highlighted. Users can select an approval process for work instructions. The interface includes options for name, thumbnail, tags, and attachments in the work instruction settings.
  4. Als aangevinkt kunt u work instructions goedkeuren.
  5. Als aangevinkt kunt u work instructions direct zelf goedkeuren — zonder goedkeuring aan te vragen bij de aangewezen manager(s) in een approval flow. Deze optie geldt alleen voor work instructions die al aan een approval flow gekoppeld zijn. Users can compare draft and versioned work instructions, select approval flows, and choose between requesting approval, immediate approval, or saving a version without approval.
  6. Als aangevinkt kunt u flowcharts zien. Een flowchart is een visueel diagram dat de volgorde van stappen binnen een instruction block weergeeft.   7. Als aangevinkt kunt u de lijst met issues binnen een work instruction bekijken.
