Import Parts: Support Categories and Update Parts #
When importing parts (through the admin interface), you can now map part categories, add custom properties, and even update existing parts using the same Excel file. Instead of starting from scratch with every update, you can build on your existing data structure to keep everything clean and consistent.
This feature was designed to simplify bulk imports, speed up onboarding, and reduce manual work, so your team can focus on production, not data maintenance.

Differentiate between Groups and Individual Training Sessions #
You can now choose between a single group session or individual sessions for multiple employees when scheduling a training. A simple checkbox lets you decide how the training should be tracked and managed.
Group training records the session as one event, while individual sessions give each trainee their own progress tracking. This makes it easier to adapt to different training formats and keep reporting clear and accurate.

Minimum Require Coverage in Skill Matrix #
This update adds a new column to the Skill Matrix, allowing you to set the desired number of employees required for each skill level (Novice to Expert). This makes it easy to define how many people should hold a specific skill level for each instruction or competence set.
This feature helps maintain compliance with standards like IATF, ensures critical competences are consistently covered, highlights qualification gaps early, and aligns skill requirements with real operational needs. It makes skill planning more proactive, structured, and audit-proof.
