Forgot the email to your Azumuta user account? No worries! You can always reset your password. Here’s how to do it:
How to Reset Your Password on Azumuta on Web (Admin View) #
- Go to the login page of your workspace.
- Click on “Continue with email”.
- Click on “Forgot password”.
- Enter your email address.
- Click on “Send reset link”.
- Follow the instructions that were sent to your email.
The steps above only apply if you choose to log in using the “Continue with email” option.
If you choose to log in using the “Continue with Microsoft” option, then you should reset your Microsoft account password instead.
How to Reset Your Password on the App (Operator View) #
Unfortunately, as an operator, you can’t reset your Azumuta user account’s password via the app. Here’s what you can do instead:
- Ask an admin to reset your password via Azumuta on Web; or
- Log in using a one-time QR code; or
- Log in using an identifier.
