We recently improved our parts check functionality. In the past, after completing a parts check, an operator had to press a button in order to proceed to the next instruction step.
Now, whenever an operator has completed a parts check (either by scanning the correct barcodes of all parts or by manually typing in the correct part number of all parts) within the parts check, the operator’s screen will be automatically redirected to the next instruction step.
This automation improves efficiency by eliminating the need for manual input from your operators. This improvement saves their time and eliminates the possibility of selecting the wrong instruction step after finishing the parts check.
