How to Open a Linked Recording Report From an Issue
Some issues are linked to a previous audit, checklist, or training recording. When that is the case, operators can open that recording as a read-only execution report from the Azumuta App — without re-running the work instruction.
This is useful when you need to inspect what a previous shift filled in before you sign off on the issue.
You can open the report from the issue list card or from the open issue itself:
- Find the linked chip on the issue. The chip label depends on the recording type, for example “Audit report”, “Checklist report”, or “Training report”, with the action text “Press to view”.
- Press the chip.
The app opens the execution report in read-only mode. You can review the filled-in answers, but you cannot continue or resume the original execution from this screen.
Note: If the device is offline, the report may show as “Not available offline”. Connect to the network and open the report again.
