How to See the List of Issues and Open an Issue in the App

In addition to submitting tickets, you can also view the list of active issues in your workspace. Here’s how:

1. Click on the sidebar icon on the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click on “Improvement boards”.
3. Click on the issue that you would like to open.

The Issue Filters & Search Bar

Besides looking for an issue manually, you can also use the following tools to help you locate an issue faster:

1. You search for an issue by typing its name/description/the name of the linked work instruction/the name of the linked instruction step.
2. You can filter issues based on their improvement flow.
3. You can filter issues based on the person who is currently assigned to work on/approve them.
4. You can filter issues based on the person who authored it (submitted a ticket for it).
5. Click to add this page to the app’s homepage.
6. Click to refresh this page.
