How to Download a Docx Report from a Ticket

Once you’ve added a docx report to an improvement flow, you can download an automatically filled docx report in each ticket that falls under that improvement flow. These are the steps to download it:

1. Click on “Continous Improvement” in the sidebar.
2. Click on the targeted ticket.
3. Click on the three-dot icon next to the close icon.
4. Under “Reports”, you can see the list of available docx report files.
5. If you prefer to download it as a Word document: click on the docx report’s file name.
6. If you prefer to download it as a PDF document: click on “pdf”.
