Numbered indicators show key UI elements, including the search bar, filters for article/category, type, activity, execution date, status, sorting options, and order details. The selected product order displays tasks with execution times and reporting options.

  2. Filter product orders & batch orders based on their article or article category.

  4. Filter product orders & batch orders based on whether they have an Azumuta user currently working on them.

  6. Filter product orders & batch orders based on their status (completion rate).
  7. Use this sorting tool to sort product orders & batch orders based on their creation date/due date for their completion/status (it’s completion rate)/ alphabetical order/last activity date. You can select one or multiple properties.
  8. Click on the three-dot icon to:
  • Open the option to download a report of all of your visible (not archived) product orders & batch orders (currently only available in .xlsx format). If you want to see the report for an individual product order, see how to view a product order traceability report. Additionally, you can also include the product orders’ & batch orders’ parameter(s) on the report, then tick the “Include parameters in export” checkbox.

  • If on the search bar (mentioned on No.1 above), you would like to search for product orders based on the parameter value(s) that they contain, then tick the “Also search in parameters” checkbox.
