What Is the Skill Matrix & Trainings Module? #
Azumuta’s Skill Matrix & Trainings module is your go-to tool for all of your talent management needs. Use our skill-matrix feature to visually map your team’s competency range and level.
Simply input the necessary data – and this module will do the rest. Our module will automatically color code each employee’s competency level, as well as calculate the average competency level of each employee and your entire team as a whole.
In addition, each employee also gets their own individual profile page on this module. There, you can see their contact details, preferred language, upcoming training activities, as well as their past training history (including the evolution of their competency levels over time).

With just a few clicks, you can schedule and configure one-time training or recurring training activities. Within the planning tool, you can even select the trainers, the trainees, attach the training materials, and configure an automated email reminder so that no one will forget to attend the training.
Our platform automatically generates a training report for every training that took place in your workspace (including for ongoing training activities). In each report, you can access various valuable information, including:
- The names of the participating trainees that were present.
- The answer to product checks on that training. To increase the precision of your product checks, be sure to integrate peripheral devices into your Azumuta platform – we offer a wide range of hardware integration options.
- The date & time of every single step of that training.
- The time spent by the trainees on every single step of the training.
- The competency level of the trainees at the end of the training.
- An approval signature from the trainers and/or the trainees.
- The variants that are linked to that training (if any).
- Issues related to that training (if any).
