Besides the work instruction report and the docx report of a product order, you can also access its Microsoft Excel report. Additionally, you can also access the Microsoft Excel report for all product orders that exist in your workspace.
Here’s how to do both of them:
How to Access the Microsoft Excel Report of a Specific Product Order or Batch Order #
- Click on Quality Management in the homepage sidebar and select “Product orders”.
- Click on a targeted product order.
- Click on “Export”.
- There, you will see 3 formats of the Microsoft Excel report that you can download. Click on any of them to download:
- Simple (the report contains only the key information of the product order)
- Detailed (the report contains a detailed overview of the product order)
- Raw (this is the raw version of the report)
Note: For batch orders, you can only download the detailed version of the report.
How to Access the Microsoft Excel Report of Multiple Product Orders #
Besides accessing the Microsoft Excel report of an individual product order, you can also access a similar report that contains data from multiple product orders that are visible in your workspace.
Visible means that the product order is not archived and is visible on the scrollable product order list. You can always expand the list by scrolling to the very bottom of the list and clicking on “Load more”. Please consult the image below to see how it works:
Here’s how to access this Microsoft Excel Report of all visible product orders in your workspace:
- Click on Quality Management in the homepage sidebar and select “Product orders”.
- Click on the three-dot icon next to “Sort”.
- Select whether to include parameters on the report.
- Click on “Detailed” (Unlike on individual product orders, you can only download the detailed version of the Microsoft Excel Report).
Please be aware that a report contains data for a maximum of 200 product orders. If you would like to download the data for more than 200 product orders (let’s say the first 600 product orders), then you will need to download 3 reports. The image below is a good illustration of this scenario:
