In this guide webpage, we will explain to you about the Quality Management tab. As the name suggests, this tab covers user rights that are related to the Quality Management module.
What Are the Available Configuration Options? #
The Quality Management tab is divided into 6 topic tabs:
- General
- ERP configuration
- Dashboards
- Docx reports
- Time study
- Planning
We will explore each topic tab in detail in the guide sections below. You can click on any of the images to enlarge it.
General #
- If ticked, the user can see and access the Quality Management module on the sidebar, as shown in the image below:
- If ticked, the user can create product orders.
- If ticked, the user can edit product orders.
- If ticked, the user can finish product orders.
- If ticked, the user can archive product orders.
- If ticked, the user can delete product orders.
- If ticked, the user can upgrade work instructions on product orders.
- If ticked, the user can reset work instructions on product orders.
- If ticked, the user can rework work instructions on product orders.
- Only applies to operators: If ticked, the user will have the ability to re-do the work instructions that they’ve executed (even if their admin did not click on upgrade/reset/rework).
- If ticked, the user can delete work instructions on product orders.
- Only applies to operators: If ticked, the user can see all product orders in your workspace. If not ticked, then the user can only see product orders that are assigned to them.
ERP Configuration #
- If ticked, the user can see the ERP configuration tab and use it (as shown in the image below):
- If ticked, the user can create articles.
- If ticked, the user can delete articles.
- If ticked, the user can edit articles.
Dashboards #
- If ticked, the user can create and configure product order dashboards & widgets.
Docx Reports #
- If ticked, the user can upload and configure docx reports.
Time Study #
- If ticked, the user can see and access Time Study under the Quality Management module on the sidebar, as shown in the image below:
Planning #
These settings are no longer operational and will be removed from Azumuta soon.
