User Rights: Skill Matrix & Trainings

In this guide webpage, we will explain to you about the Skill Matrix & Trainings tab. As the name suggests, this tab covers user rights that are related to the Skill Matrix & Trainings module.

What Are the Available Configuration Options?

These are the available configuration options (click on the image to enlarge):

1. If ticked, the user can see and access the Skill Matring & Trainings module on the sidebar, as shown in the image below:
2. If ticked, the user can create and configure skill matrices.
3. Only applies to operators: If ticked, the user can plan ad hoc/one-time training.
4. If ticked, the user can manually input and edit competency levels on skill matrices in your workspace.
5. If ticked, the user can delete competency levels on skill matrices in your workspace.
6. If ticked, the user can schedule training using the planning tool.
7. If ticked, the user can configure the planning tool’s settings.
