What Is a Tag?

A tag is a text-based command that will automatically transform into a specified data related to a ticket on a docx report. You can input the desired tags when editing a docx report on Microsoft Word.

Which Tags Can You Use?

On a docx report, you can add various important information related to a ticket. Here’s the list of general information tag formulas that you can use, as well as the information that they will provide to your docx report:

  1. {number}: Issue number.
  2. {board}: Improvement board name.
  3. {flow}: Improvement flow name.
  4. {column}: Current column name.
  5. {reporter}: The name of the ticket submitter.
  6. {=date(createdOn, DATE_SHORT)}: Ticket creation date.
