Training Dashboards & User Properties

Skill Matrix & Training now includes a dashboard built with a single, flexible widget you can configure to your needs — training hours per month, participation rates, and skill levels per group in one view. Visualizing this data makes it easier to plan programs and keep your workforce competent and up to date.

A new properties tab when editing users lets you add dimensions such as department or position, which flow through to training reports and dashboards.

Product Order Filters

Product order lists support new filters so you can focus on the right work: filter by executor and narrow results to orders with active users, training, or version acknowledgements — sharper searches and more relevant dashboards.

Double Checks & Public Sharing

Double checks can be restricted so the same person who completed the original check cannot perform the review — keeping validation with a peer or team leader. Dashboards and embedded widgets can also be shared without login: enable public sharing and anyone with the link can access live insights outside Azumuta.
