How to Rename or Delete a Docx Report #
Here’s how you can rename or delete a docx report that has been uploaded:
- Click on “Audits & Digital Checklists” on the homepage sidebar.
- Click on “Audit procedures”.
- Click on the audit that contains the docx replace that you wish to replace.
- Click on the Docx Reports tab.
- Click on the docx report that you would like to rename/delete.
- Click on the three-dot icon.
- To rename it: Click on “Rename” and enter the new name. Click on “Rename” again when you’re done.
- To delete it: Click on “Remove”, and click on “Remove” again.
How to Change the Recorded Work Instructions, Work Instruction Blocks, and Work Instruction Steps on a Docx Report #
You can add or remove the list of work instruction(s), work instruction block(s), and work instruction step(s) that are recorded on your docx report. Here’s how to do it:
- Click on “Audits & Digital Checklists” on the homepage sidebar.
- Click on “Audit procedures”.
- Click on the audit that contains the docx replace that you wish to replace.
- Click on the Docx Reports tab.
- Click on the targeted docx report.
- For the work instruction(s), work instruction block(s), or work instruction step(s) that you would like to add to the docx report: Tick the box next to it.
- For the work instruction(s), work instruction block(s), or work instruction step(s) that you would like to remove from the docx report: Untick the box next to it.
