Navigating the Homepage (Admin View/Azumuta on Web)

This is the homepage you see when you log in to Azumuta as an admin. It has the following elements:

The sidebar

The sidebar holds Azumuta's core features. It displays:

  1. The modules you have access to
  2. The add-ons you have access to
  3. The Management section, which holds most of your platform settings

Shortcut to Azumuta guides

This shows your first name and links to:

  1. Quick Start: Guides for the key features, to get you started.
  2. What's new: Recent features and improvements.
  3. View Azumuta guides: The knowledge base covering all features.
  4. API docs: An introduction to the API.

Shortcut to the blog

Opens the Azumuta blog, with industry trends and product updates.

Shortcut to social media

Links to the Azumuta social media pages.

Toggle operator view

Shows how your platform appears in the app. Use it to check how work instructions, product orders, and improvement boards look on an operator's screen.

The help button

This button opens:

Help dropdown: Quick Start, Guides, What’s New, API docs, Contact Azumuta support; footer shows environment label and last-updated time.

  1. Quick Start: Guides for the key features, to get you started.
  2. Guides: The knowledge base covering all features.
  3. What's New: Recent features and improvements.
  4. API docs: An introduction to the API.
  5. Contact Azumuta support: Emails the support team. First set a default email program on your device, such as Apple Mail, Gmail, or Microsoft Outlook.
  6. Your platform's current version and the date of its last update.

The workspace name

Shows your workspace name. If you have access to more than one workspace, click it to switch between them.

The profile button

Profile menu: Login on mobile device with QR code, Settings, and Sign out.

This button opens:

  1. Login on mobile device with QR code: Shows a QR code. Scan it to log in to your account on another device.
  2. Settings: Your main profile settings.
  3. Sign out.

You can invite coworkers through Azumuta's workspace or user-management flows (where available for your workspace), using work email addresses only, not personal ones.
