Welcome to your Azumuta homepage. This is the homepage that you will see whenever you’re logged in to your Azumuta user account as an admin. Your homepage consists of the following elements:

In this webpage, we will only cover the homepage of the admin view/Azumuta on web. To learn more about the operator view’s/the app’s homepage, click here.
The Sidebar #
This element contains all of Azumuta’s core functionalities. It displays:
- All modules that you have access to
- All add-ons that you have access to.
- The “Management” section, which contains most of the settings of your Azumuta platform.

Shortcut to Azumuta Guides #
This element displays your first name. In addition, it also includes shortcuts to:
- Quick Start: A selection of guides that will show you how to use the key features of Azumuta and get you started immediately.
- What’s new: The list of our newest features and latest improvements.
- View Azumuta guides: Our knowledge base that contains the guides on how to use all of Azumuta’s features.
- API docs: An introduction to our API system.

Visit our blog to stay updated on the most recent industry trends and our latest developments.

Toggle Operator View #
Click to see how your Azumuta platform will appear from the app. This feature will be useful if you want to see how things such as work instructions, product orders, and improvement boards will be shown on an operator’s screen.
The Help Button #
When clicked, this button will show:
- Quick Start: A selection of guides that will show you how to use the key features of Azumuta and get you started immediately.
- Guides: Our main knowledge base that contains the guides on how to use all of Azumuta’s features.
- What’s New: The list of our newest features and latest improvements.
- API docs: An introduction to our API system.
- Contact Azumuta support: Use this option to get in touch with us immediately via email. Be sure that you have already selected a preferred email reader program in your device, such as Apple Mail, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
- Your Azumuta platform’s current version, as well as the date of its latest update.
The Name Of Your Workspace #
It displays the name of your workspace. If you have access to more than one workspace, you can click on it and switch between multiple workspaces.
The Profile Button #
When clicked, this button will display the following options:
- If you click on “Login on mobile device with QR code”, a QR code will pop-up on your screen. Scan this QR code to login into your Azumuta user account on another device.
- By clicking on “Invite coworkers”, you can invite others to join your workspace via email. Note: You can only send invitations to work email addresses, and not to personal email addresses.
- The main settings of your Azumuta profile.
- The sign out button.
