How to Execute an Audit as an Admin

Audits are generally executed by operators. However, admins can also execute planned and ad-hoc audits if needed. This is how to do it:

  1. Click on “Audits & Digital Checklists” on the homepage sidebar.
  2. Click on “Planning”.
  3. Select the desired planning tab.
  4. Click on the scheduled audit that you would like to execute (represented by a circle).
  5. Click on “Fill out”.
  6. Go through all of the instruction steps.
  7. At the end of the audit, choose either “Success” or “Failed”.

How to Manually Mark/Change the Status of a Planned Audit as an Admin

  1. Click on “Audits & Digital Checklists” on the homepage sidebar.
  2. Click on “Planning”.
  3. Select the desired planning tab.
  4. Click on the scheduled audit that you would like to mark/change the status of (represented by a circle).
  5. Next to “Status”, click on either “Success”, “Fail”, or “N/A”.
  6. The circle will change color, depending on the audit status.
