2 New Triggers Were Added

In this update, we’ve added 2 new triggers:

  1. A trigger for whenever a product order is archived
  2. A trigger whenever an issue changes columns within an improvement board

We’ll start with the first one. With this trigger, whenever any product order in your workspace (or a product order from a specific article category) is archived, you can trigger the following events to occur:

  • Sending an email to a specific email address
  • Sending a Slack notification to a specific person/channel (or to any other communication tool that your organization uses)
  • Calling a webhook
  • Scheduling an audit on the planning tool
  • Exporting a report.

Thanks to this feature, you no longer have to do any of these actions manually anymore. What a time-saver!

Now, we’ll proceed to the second trigger. With this trigger, you can call a webhook (A tool that’s commonly used to send & receive data across multiple platforms) whenever an issue changes column within an improvement board.
