In Azumuta, you can see the report of each work instruction that has been completed or is partially completed by your operators. This report summarizes various key data from each work instruction. Here’s how to access this report:
How to View the Report #
- Click on Quality Management in the homepage sidebar and select “Product orders”.
- Click on a targeted product order.
- Select the work instruction that you would like to view the report of, and click on “Report”.
- By default, you will be directed to the Simple View of the Report. To Access the Detailed View, click on the “Detailed” tab.
Information Contained in the Report (Simple View) #
- Click for settings (you can also print and download the report there).
- Click to close the report.
- Click to access the Detailed View.
- Basic information about the work instruction: The date of execution, Work instruction name, Product order number/name, and the name of the operator that executed the work instruction.
- The list of instruction blocks and instruction steps.
- The actions that were taken by your operator in each instruction step (including answers to product checks) An instruction step with a product check is represented by a question mark next to the step.
- The time spent by your operator for each instruction step.
- The time that your operator should spend for each instruction step (configurable in Time Study).
Information Contained in the Report (Detailed View) #
In addition to the information shown in the Simple View, the Detailed View also shows several extra information:
- The time your operator started working with the work instruction.
- The time your operator started working with an instruction step.
