How to Open the Dashboard Editor #
Here’s how you can open the dashboard editor:
- Click on “Dashboards” on the sidebar.
- Click on the targeted dashboard tab.
- Click on the three-dot icon next to the dashboard name.
- Click on “Edit dashboard”.
In the dashboard options, there are 2 main tabs: General and Layout. We will explain the dashboard editing possibilities offered by these 2 tabs in the guide sections below:
The General Tab #
- Edit the dashboard’s name here.
- If ticked, the dashboard’s name will appear if the dashboard is maximized.
- If ticked, you can scroll through this dashboard. You should tick this option if you have multiple widgets that are stacked on top of each other on this widget.
- If ticked, then you can share this dashboard with other Azumuta users. You can share this dashboard by sending the “Link to standalone dashboard” to the targeted person. Moreover, after ticking this option, you can also open the dashboard on a new tab, as shown in the image below:
- When you’re done with your edits, click on “Save”. However, if you would like to cancel your edits, click on “Cancel”.
The Layout Tab #
- Use this option to adjust the dashboard’s margins in relation to your screen.
- Use this option to adjust the space between widgets on this widget.
- When you’re done with your edits, click on “Save”. However, if you would like to cancel your edits, click on “Cancel”.
How to Refresh a Dashboard #
In order for your dashboard to show the latest data from the shop floor, you should refresh it every now and then (or whenever you know new data is available).
To refresh a dashboard, simply click on the refresh icon, as shown in the image below:
How to Maximize a Dashboard #
You can also view your dashboard in full-screen mode by maximizing it. To maximize a dashboard, click on the maximize icon, as displayed on the image underneath:
How to Delete a Dashboard #
- Click on “Dashboards” on the sidebar.
- Click on the targeted dashboard tab.
- Click on the three-dot icon next to the dashboard name.
- Click on “Delete dashboard”.
- Click on “Delete”.
