How to Plan an Audit Based on Automatic Triggers

It’s possible to schedule an automatic ad hoc audit whenever a certain event occurs. Here’s how to schedule it:

  1. Click on Quality Management in the homepage sidebar.
  2. Click on Quality Procedures.
  3. Click on an existing article category
  4. Click on “Edit triggers”.
  5. Click on “Add trigger”.
  6. For the “What” dropdown menu, choose “Plan an audit”.
  7. For the “When” dropdown menu, choose the desired trigger event.
  8. Select the desired audit that will pop up on your operator’s screen.
  9. If needed, you can also add more triggers by clicking on “Add trigger” and repeat steps 6-8.
  10. When you’re done, click on “Save”.
