Filtering Work Instructions Based on Their Status in the Search Bar
We’ve recently enhanced our search bar capability when it comes to searching for work instructions. We added 2 new filters for the work instruction search functionality. You can now filter your search results based on:
- Whether the displayed work instructions are still a draft (where their latest version hasn’t been approved yet) or they’re not a draft (where their latest version has been approved).
- The work instructions’ latest approval status (no approval requested yet/requested approval/approval approved/approval declined).
This improvement makes searching for work instructions a much easier task. Do you only want to look for approved work instructions? Or are you looking for unapproved work instructions that you would like to approve? In any case, this enhancement greatly simplifies the process of doing such tasks.
