How to Create and Edit an Article Category (via the App)

Besides creating and editing an article category via Azumuta on Web, you can also do it via the app. However, you editing options are very limited compared to doing so via Azumuta on Web.

How to Create an Article Category via the App

1. Click on the sidebar icon on the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click on “Quality Procedures”.
3. Click on the yellow plus button.
4. Click on “Create article category”.
5. Type in the name of the article category.
6. Click on “Save”.

How to Rename an Article Category via the App

On the app, you’re editing options are limited to editing and deleting an article category. Here’s how to rename an article category via the app:

1. Click on the sidebar icon on the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click on “Quality Procedures”.
3. Click on the three-dot icon on the targeted article category.
4. Click on “Rename”.
5. Type in the new name.
6. Click on “Save”.

How to Delete an Article Category via the App

On the app, your editing options are limited to renaming and deleting an article category. Here’s how to delete an article category via the app:

1. Click on the sidebar icon on the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click on “Quality Procedures”.
3. Click on the three-dot icon on the targeted article category.
4. Click on “Remove”.
5. In the confirmation dialog, type the exact name of the article category. The “Delete permanently” button stays disabled until the name matches.
6. Tap “Delete permanently”. Tap “Cancel” if you change your mind.

The dialog asks you to type the name to confirm and reminds you that This action cannot be undone.
