What Is a Ticket and an Issue?

Within Azumuta, an operator can report an issue at any moment. Reporting an issue can be done easily and quickly by creating a ticket. With this ticket, an operator can write their remarks, as well as include images and videos as supporting documents.

Once a ticket has been submitted by the operator, an admin can follow up on the ticket using an improvement board. A ticket that is listed on an improvement board is called an issue. Within an improvement board, you can create several improvement flows, where each improvement flow represents an issue topic.
