How to Plan a Training via the App as an Operator

Note: Operators can't schedule recurring training activities, only one-time ones.

How to Schedule an Ad-Hoc/One-Time Training as an Operator via the App

1. Navigate to the module where the related training work instruction is located.
2. Click on “Tasks” at the bottom menu.
3. Click on “Plan training”.
4. Select the training work instruction.
5. Fill in the existing fields (especially the date, the trainer and the trainee(s)).
6. Click on “Plan training”.

Note: You can schedule a training either for yourself (by selecting yourself in the "trainee" field) or for other employee(s) (by selecting their name(s) in the "trainee" field).

How to Execute an Ad-Hoc/One Time Training as an Operator via the App

1. Navigate to the targeted training work instruction, and click on it.
2. Click on “Plan or start training”.
3. Choose your own name only in the “Trainees” field.
4. Click on “Start training”.
5. Go through all of the training work instruction steps.
