You can adjust an improvement board’s layout to suit your preferences.

 

How to Access an Improvement Board #

Before adjusting an improvement board’s layout, here’s how you can navigate to an improvement board:

1. Go to “Continous Improvement” in the side panel.
2. Click on the targeted improvement board.

 

Improvement Board Layout: Board View vs List View #

1. Board view: The issues are displayed sideways based on their status.
2. List view: The issues are displayed downwards.

Improvement Board Density: Compact Interface vs Standard Interface #

1. Compact interface: No media files are displayed, making each issue appear more compact. This allows you to see more issues on your screen without scrolling.
2. Standard interface: Each issue’s media file is displayed, making each issue appear bigger. You will need to scroll to see all of your issues.

Searching for an Issue #

You can use the following tools to find a specific issue.

1. Type in the name of the issue that you’re looking for.
2. Click on the tooltip for extra information.
3. Use this tool to filter out issues based on their properties. You can also click on “Sort” to sort out issues based on their creation date/deadline date/completion rate.
