You can adjust an improvement board’s layout to suit your preferences.
How to Access an Improvement Board #
Before adjusting an improvement board’s layout, here’s how you can navigate to an improvement board:
- Go to “Continous Improvement” in the side panel.
- Click on the targeted improvement board.
Improvement Board Layout: Board View vs List View #
- Board view: The issues are displayed sideways based on their status.
- List view: The issues are displayed downwards.

Improvement Board Density: Compact Interface vs Standard Interface #
- Compact interface: No media files are displayed, making each issue appear more compact. This allows you to see more issues on your screen without scrolling.
- Standard interface: Each issue’s media file is displayed, making each issue appear bigger. You will need to scroll to see all of your issues.

Searching for an Issue #
You can use the following tools to find a specific issue.
- Type in the name of the issue that you’re looking for.
- Click on the tooltip for extra information.
- Use this tool to filter out issues based on their properties. You can also click on “Sort” to sort out issues based on their creation date/deadline date/completion rate.
