How to Edit Your Azumuta Profile

  1. Click on the profile button on the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Click on “Settings”.
  3. Do the desired edits.
  4. When you’re done, click on “Save”.

On your Azumuta profile page, you can do the following edits:

  1. Click to add/change your profile picture.
  2. Click to add/change your email address. You can choose whether to receive emails from Azumuta by ticking or unticking the “Recieve emails” box.
  3. Click to add/change your mobile phone number.
  4. Click to add/change your first name.
  5. Click to add/change your last name.
  6. Click to add/change your job title.
  7. Click to change your content language. Content language refers to the language that will be displayed on Azumuta-made contents, such as work instructions.
  8. Click to change your Azumuta platform’s interface language.
  9. Tick whether you have a valid Microsoft Office software license. If ticked, then you can edit Microsoft Word files on the Azumuta platform.

How to Change Your Azumuta Login Password

  1. Click on the profile button on the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Click on “Settings”.
  3. Click on the My password tab.
  4. Input your new password.
  5. Input your new password again.
  6. When you’re done, click on “Update password”.

How to Add a Two-Factor Authentication Login to Azumuta

  1. Click on the profile button on the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Click on “Settings”.
  3. Click on the My two-factor authentication tab.
  4. Select your preferred authenticator option.
  5. Follow the instructions from your preferred authenticator.
