Multiple devices can be linked into a single Azumuta workspace. The idea is so that an Azumuta workspace can be used by as many employees as possible.
As an admin, you definitely want to keep track of devices that are logged in to your workspace. Here’s how:
How to See the List of Devices That Are Logged in on Your Workspace #
- Click on “Devices” under “Management”.
These are the information that you can find on the device overview:
- This tab shows data from conventional devices (smartphones, laptops, tablets, and desktop computers) that are logged in on your workspace. This is the tab that is displayed in the image above.
- Click to display the tab that shows data from API-based devices that are logged in on your workspace. It has the same content as this tab, although it will only display data from API-based devices.
- This column shows the device types, represented by device icons (the existing device types are smartphone, laptop, tablet, and desktop computer)
- This column shows the name of the devices.
- This column shows the name of the user accounts and the time of their last activity on this workspace.
- This column shows each user account’s Azumuta software version.
- You can filter data based on the device name/user account’s username/Azumuta software version here.
