How to Preview a Work Instruction #
Are you curious about how a work instruction will look on an operator’s screen? Well, you can use our preview feature to find out!
With this feature, as an admin, you can check how a work instruction will appear on the operator view. There, you can run through all of the work instruction steps, and see whether they’re ready to be deployed.
- Navigate to the work instruction that you would like to preview.
- Click on “Preview”.
How to Report an Issue When Previewing a Work Instruction #
When previewing a work instruction, did you find a problem that you would like to flag – so that other admins will be aware of it as well? Then, you can submit a ticket. Here’s how to do it:
- On preview mode, navigate to the instruction step where you encountered the problem.
- Click on the word bubble icon at the bottom right of the screen.
- Click on the suitable improvement flow (mandatory).
- Type in the details of the issue (optional).
- Add an image/video (optional).
- Click on “Submit”.

How to See the List of Issues Within a Work Instruction #
To see which instruction steps have issues reported on them, you can see whether there’s a flag icon with a red dot next to it on that particular instruction step. The image below shows how it appears on our platform:
