How to Preview a Work Instruction

Are you curious about how a work instruction will look on an operator’s screen? Well, you can use our preview feature to find out!

With this feature, as an admin, you can check how a work instruction will appear on the operator view. There, you can run through all of the work instruction steps, and see whether they’re ready to be deployed.

1. Navigate to the work instruction that you would like to preview.
2. Click on “Preview”.

How to Report an Issue When Previewing a Work Instruction

When previewing a work instruction, did you find a problem that you would like to flag – so that other admins will be aware of it as well? Then, you can submit a ticket. Here’s how to do it:

1. On preview mode, navigate to the instruction step where you encountered the problem.
2. Click on the word bubble icon at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Click on the suitable improvement flow (mandatory).
4. Type in the details of the issue (optional).
5. Add an image/video (optional).
6. Click on “Submit”.

How to See the List of Issues Within a Work Instruction

To see which instruction steps have issues reported on them, you can see whether there’s a flag icon with a red dot next to it on that particular instruction step. The image below shows how it appears on our platform:
