What Is Displayed in This Widget? #
This widget displays the amount of time spent by your operators for submitting tickets (including the time spent on filling their checklist) within a certain time period, sorted based on its improvement flow – in the form of a Pareto chart.
The X-axis represents the time spent on each ticket, while the Y-axis represents the improvement flows.
Note: Before creating a dashboard with this widget, make sure that there are tickets that have been submitted by the operators.
