How to Monitor the Status of a Product Order

In Azumuta it is possible to follow the status of a product order in real time. A product order can have the following statuses:

A product order’s status is displayed on the left side of its name. This is how it appears from the admin view:

And this is how it appears in the app.

Note: Product orders that are not yet activated or are finished are not displayed on the app.

How to Monitor the Status of a Work Instruction That Is Linked to a Product Order

Besides keeping track of product order status, you can also keep track of the progress of each individual work instruction. In fact, the status of a product order is determined by the status of the underlying work instructions associated with this product order.

Similar to a product order, the status of a work instruction is displayed on the left side of its name.

A work instruction linked to a product order can have the following statuses:

1. Not active (the product order isn’t activated yet)
2. Planned
3. In progress
4. Completed
