What Is a Ticket? #
When an operator sees any form of problem or irregularity on the shop floor, they can report it to their supervisor using a ticket. A ticket can include a remark from the operator, images, and videos. Click here to learn more about tickets.
Note: Before submitting a ticket, please make sure that your workspace already has an improvement flow.
When Executing a Work Instruction on the App #
Here’s how an operator can submit a ticket while executing a work instruction:
- Click on the word bubble icon at the bottom right of the screen.
- Click on the suitable improvement flow (mandatory).
- Type in the details of the issue (optional).
- Add an image/video (optional).
- Click on “Submit”.
At Any Other Situation #
When not executing a work instruction, an operator can still submit a ticket through the following methods:
On the App Homepage #
- Click on “Report issue”.
- Click on the suitable improvement flow (mandatory).
- Type in the details of the issue (optional).
- Add an image/video (optional).
- Click on “Submit”.
When Navigating in Between Folders on the App #
- Click on the three-dot icon next to the close icon.
- Click on “Report issue”.
- Click on the suitable improvement flow (mandatory).
- Type in the details of the issue (optional).
- Add an image/video (optional).
- Click on “Submit”.
