You can still edit various aspects of an audit that has been scheduled beforehand. Here’s what you can do:
How to Edit a Scheduled Audit (Basic) #
- Click on “Audits & Digital Checklists” on the homepage sidebar.
- Click on “Planning”.
- Select the desired planning tab.
- Click on the scheduled audit that you would like to edit (represented by a dot).
- There, you can add/edit the following by clicking on the related elements on the editor:
- The audit date & time (don’t forget to click on “Save date” once you’ve edited the date & time).
- The audit status (success/fail/N/A)
- The audit executor
- The audit work instruction
- The audit spot (audit folder)
- The executor group (if the audit executor is more than 1 person)
- Notes to the executor(s)
- A reminder email to the executor(s) to ensure that they won’t forget to execute the audit
- The variants and parameters that are associated with this audit (you must first click on the three-dot icon next to the audit’s date & time and click on “Edit variants and parameters” to access this option)
- The option to recalculate the average values inputted to number checks, slider checks, and score checks on this audit, which can be displayed as the event caption (you must first click on the three-dot icon next to the audit’s date & time and click on “Recalculate summary” to implement this option)
How to Delete a Scheduled Audit #
- Click on “Audits & Digital Checklists” on the homepage sidebar.
- Click on “Planning”.
- Select the desired planning tab.
- Click on the scheduled audit that you would like to edit (represented by a circle).
- Click on the three-dot icon.
- Click on “Delete”.
- Click on “Delete” again.
How to Edit/Delete Recurring Audits Simultaneously #
- Click on an audit that was scheduled using the recurring audits feature.
- Click on the three-dot icon next to the audit’s date & time.
- Click on “Select recurring events”.
- Do the desired edits, or click “Remove all” to delete them.
