How to Pin a Module/Folder/Article Category/Zone to the Homepage and the Sidebar on the App

Do you/your operators need to access a certain module/folder/article category/zone very often? Then, it’s a good idea to pin it to the homepage and the sidebar so you/your operators can navigate to it as quickly as possible. Here’s how to pin it:

1. Navigate to the module/folder/article category/zone that you would like to pin.
2. Click on the three-dot icon next to the search bar.
3. Click on “Pin this screen”.

The pinned item will appear on the homepage and the sidebar, as shown below:

Note: You can pin multiple items.

Here’s how to unpin an item:

1. On the homepage or in the sidebar, click on the “X” icon next to the pinned item.
