One of the ways of scheduling an audit is by using the Planning Tool. Here’s how to do it:
How to Schedule a One-Time Audit Using the Planning Calendar #
- Click on “Audits & Digital Checklists” on the homepage sidebar.
- Click on “Planning”.
- Select the desired planning tab.
- Click on the plus icon next to the audit you want to schedule.
- Click the date on which you want to execute this audit. You can also select multiple dates by dragging the mouse across the calendar (without releasing the click).
- Press escape on your keyboard to stop scheduling.
- Click on the audit dot that you’ve just scheduled.
- After the audit editor has been opened, you can configure your audit technicalities there (the audit work instruction, the audit executor, adding additional notes, etc). You can also configure these technicalities later.
- Once you’ve finished configuring it, click on the close icon.
How to Schedule a Recurring Audit Using the Planning Calendar #
- Click on “Audits & Digital Checklists” on the homepage sidebar.
- Click on “Planning”.
- Select the desired planning tab.
- Click on the plus icon next to the audit you want to schedule.
- Click on the rotating arrows icon.
- Input the data as desired.
- When you’re done, click on “Add events”.
- Configure the existing fields (you can also close the pop-up and configure them later, if desired).
