How to Print an Instruction Step or Save It as a PDF File

Here’s how to print an instruction step or save it as a PDF file:

1. Navigate to the instruction step that you would like to print or save as a PDF file.
2. Click on “Preview”.
3. Click on “Pdf.Draft” (for the current instruction step version) or “Pdf. [version number]” (for the latest approved instruction step version).
4. Click on “Print draft”.
5. On “Destination”, select the printer that you would like to use to print this instruction step. Alternatively, you can also download this instruction step as a PDF file by selecting “Save as PDF”.
6. Adjust the printing settings (e.g., the paper size, the layout, etc.)
7. Once you’re done, click on “Print”.
