How to Print a Work Instruction or Save It as a PDF File

Here’s how to print a work instruction or save it as a PDF file:

1. Navigate to the work instruction that you would like to print or save as a PDF file.
2. Click on “Preview”.
3. Click on “Pdf.Draft” (for the current work instruction version) or “Pdf. [version number]” (for the latest approved work instruction version).
4. Click on “Print draft”.
5. On “Destination”, select the printer that you would like to use to print this work instruction. Alternatively, you can also download this work instruction as a PDF file by selecting “Save as PDF”.
6. Adjust the printing settings (e.g., the paper size, the layout, etc.)
7. Once you’re done, click on “Print”.
