How to View the List of Assigned Audits as an Operator via the App #
Here’s how an operator can see the list of audits that have been assigned to them by an admin.
- Click on “Audits & procedures” on the homepage sidebar.
- Click on “Tasks” at the bottom menu.
- There, the list of assigned audits will be shown. There, the list of assigned audits for the next 7 days will be displayed. If the targeted audit takes place beyond that time period, keep clicking on “Show More” until it appears (each click will add an additional 7 days to the future for your search). The second click will fetch the list of assigned audits for the next 14 days, the third click for the next 21 days, and so forth.
- To do an audit, simply click on the targeted audit.
How to Execute a Planned Audit as an Operator via the App #
Here’s how an operator can execute an audit that has been planned beforehand by an operator using the Planning Tool.
- Navigate to the targeted audit. It can accessed by navigating to a certain module and then clicking on “Tasks” on the button menu.
- There, the list of assigned audits for the next 7 days will be displayed. If the targeted audit takes place beyond that time period, keep clicking on “Show More” until it appears (each click will add an additional 7 days to the future for your search). The second click will fetch the list of assigned audits for the next 14 days, the third click for the next 21 days, and so forth.
- Once you’ve found your targeted audit, click on it.
- Click on “Plan or start audit”.
- Click on “Start audit”.
- Go through all of the instruction steps.
- At the end of the audit, choose either “Success” or “Failed”.
How to Manually Mark a Planned Audit as Not Applicable (N/A) as an Operator via the App #
Has an operator encountered an issue that made it unfeasible to complete the audit? In that case, they can label the audit result as Not Applicable (N/A). Here’s how an operator can do it:
- Navigate to the targeted audit. It can accessed by navigating to a certain module and then clicking on “Tasks” on the button menu.
- Click on the three-dot icon.
- Click on “Mark as N/A”.
- Type in the reason.
- Click on “Save”.
Scheduling an Ad-Hoc Audit as an Operator via the App #
Besides admins, operators can also schedule an ad-hoc (one-time) audit using the App. Thus, your shop floor can conduct audits that it needs at any moment.
Here’s how to schedule an ad-hoc audit as an operator via the app:
- Click on “Audits & procedures” on the homepage sidebar.
- Click on “Tasks” at the bottom menu.
- There, the list of assigned audits for the next 7 days will be displayed. If the targeted audit takes place beyond that time period, keep clicking on “Show More” until it appears (each click will add an additional 7 days to the future for your search). The second click will fetch the list of assigned audits for the next 14 days, the third click for the next 21 days, and so forth.
- Click on the yellow plus button.
- Click on “Plan audit”.
- Select the audit.
- Select the date, audit executor, and add notes (if needed).
- Click on “Plan audit”.
Note: An operator can't schedule recurring audits.
How to Execute an Ad-Hoc Audit as an Operator via the App #
Besides executing planned audits, an operator can also execute ad-hoc/unplanned audits at any given time. Here’s how:
- Click on “Audits & procedures” on the homepage sidebar.
- Click on “Tasks” at the bottom menu.
- Click on the yellow plus button.
- Click on “Plan audit”.
- Select the audit.
- Click on “Start audit”.
