In Azumuta, you can create an improvement flow to handle shop floor issues. One of the elements that you can use in your improvement flow is a signature request to one or multiple managers/supervisors in your plant. Therefore, they can check an issue’s condition before the issue can be closed/moved to the next phase.
This update gives you more configuration options for signature requests within an issue. Now, you’re able to change the asignee of a signature request. You can reassign a signature to yourself, to another person, or to another user group.
Thanks to this update, you can now adjust your improvement flow more flexibly.
For example, when the signature request assignee is unable to sign (e.g., due to sick leave), you can easily reassign the signature request to another person/user group with just a few clicks.
