New Training Insights Widget #
The Skill Matrix & Trainings module now includes a dashboard built with a single, flexible widget you can configure to your needs. This lets you bring together key insights on training in one place, like hours per month, participation rates, and skill levels per group.
By visualizing this data, you gain a better understanding of training effectiveness. This makes it easier to plan future training programs and ensure your workforce stays competent and up to date.
Alongside the new widget, we’ve introduced a properties tab when editing users. This allows you to add extra dimensions, such as department or position, which can then be reflected in training reports and dashboards.
Double Check Enforcement #
You can now restrict double checks so they can’t be completed by the same person who filled in the original check. This ensures reviews are always validated by a peer or team leader, strengthening reliability and accountability in the process.

New Filters for Product Orders #
New filtering options make it easier to focus on the right product orders. Filter by executor or participant, and even narrow results to orders with active users, training, or version acknowledgements, keeping searches sharper and dashboards more relevant.

Public Sharing for Dashboards & Widgets #
Dashboards and embedded widgets can now be shared without requiring login. Simply enable public sharing and anyone with the link can access the view, making it easier to share live insights with colleagues, partners, or external stakeholders who don’t have an Azumuta account.

Dashboard sharing settings with two access options: “Anyone from Azuguide” (selected) and “Anyone with the link.” A toggle switch at the top indicates sharing is enabled.
