Converting a Video or an Audio File Into an Azumuta Work Instruction

What if you have an instruction video or audio file, and you want to convert it into the format of an Azumuta work instruction?

With our latest AI technology, your video or audio file can be automatically transferred into a structured Azumuta work instruction.

All of the instruction footages and voices will be meticulously extracted from the video/audio file and transferred into the Azumuta work instruction.

Here’s how it works:

1. Create a new work instruction in Azumuta. Alternatively, you can also navigate to an existing work instruction – but make sure that it has no instruction steps.
2. Click on “Import video file with Al” or “Import audio file with AI”. Alternatively, if you don’t have the video/audio file yet, you can also click on “Record video & import with Al” and record the video/audio file from scratch. Afterward, you will need to download this video/audio file and start over from step No.1.
3. Select the video file or the audio file that you wish to convert into an Azumuta work instruction.
4. Wait until the conversion process is complete.
5. Afterward, you can use & edit this work instruction, just like any other work instruction in Azumuta.
